By accessing finesummit.site or enrolling in any class offered by FineSummit Atelier (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Our classes are intended for individuals aged 16 and older. If you enroll on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Enrollment and scheduling

Class seats are limited. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to adjust schedules for safety or operational reasons and will notify enrolled students promptly.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds may be available prior to the first session or in accordance with class-specific policies published in the catalog. Processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Studio conduct and safety

Students agree to follow instructor guidance and safety protocols, including appropriate attire and equipment handling. We may remove any participant who jeopardizes safety or disrupts learning, with or without refund depending on circumstances.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, curriculum, and materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission. Your own artworks remain yours.

7. User content

You are responsible for messages or submissions you provide. You grant us a limited license to display testimonials or images you explicitly submit for promotional use.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice beyond studio instruction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
